The path to benefits

We provide our insurance benefits up to the maximum duration and amount of benefits for the respective insured risk. Therefore, in the event of incapacity for work or unemployment, we will continue to require appropriate proof from you of the continuation of the benefit case. In the event of death, the loan amount will be paid in one sum by us to your lending company. In the event of a serious illness, for example, there will be one-off payments or we will balance your insured account.

It's that easy:

First, please report your insurance claim as soon as possible to the company to which you pay the installments. You will find the contact details for this in your contract documents.

Your lending company now informs us about the receipt of your claim notification. In most cases, we will then already have the necessary information on your contract.

You will now receive a "benefit case notification". You fill out this form, sign it and return it to us with the required documents.

Once we have received all the documents, we will let you know at short notice whether we can provide an insurance benefit. If so, we will pay the insured amount to your lending company in favor of your credit or customer account or - depending on the product and contract type - also to you.
